These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Accrusoft LLC (“Accrusoft”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) websites, software platforms, SaaS applications, reseller programmes, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Company Information
Accrusoft LLC operates https://www.accrusoft.com and associated software products and brands.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services.
3. Accounts & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. SaaS Licence Grant
Accrusoft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the software for your internal business purposes, subject to your subscription or licence level.
5. Reseller & Master Reseller Licences
Where applicable, reseller and master reseller licences allow you to market and resell Accrusoft software under the terms specified at purchase.
• You may not claim ownership of the software.
• You may not resell beyond the rights granted.
• Accrusoft reserves the right to revoke reseller rights for breach.
6. Payments & Billing
All fees are payable in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. No refunds are provided unless required by law or explicitly stated.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Misuse the Services
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the software
• Use the Services for illegal or harmful purposes
• Circumvent licensing or access restrictions
8. Intellectual Property
All software, content, trademarks, and systems remain the property of Accrusoft LLC. No rights are transferred except as expressly stated.
9. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload but grant Accrusoft a limited licence to host and process it to provide the Services.
10. Third-Party Services
Accrusoft may integrate with third-party tools. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or fail to pay applicable fees.
12. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accrusoft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Accrusoft against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
